A-Plan: eligible Ford employees
A-Plan is associated with eligible Ford employees. Employment status and any applicable sponsor requirements should be checked in Ford’s plan portal.
Z-Plan: eligible Ford retirees
Z-Plan is associated with eligible Ford retirees. Confirm the current retirement and participant requirements through Ford.
Qualifying family members
Spouses, children, parents, grandparents and siblings are among the family relationships Ford lists. Eligibility depends on the relationship and Ford's current requirements.

X-Plan is a separate program
X-Plan has its own participant and pricing rules. Use Ford’s plan resources to identify the appropriate program; X-Plan eligibility does not automatically establish A/Z eligibility.

How to prepare for an A/Z Plan conversation
Confirm your eligibility
Sign in to Ford’s plan portal and review the requirements for your plan. If you are participating through a family connection, confirm the sponsor and relationship rules.
Follow Ford’s PIN instructions
Arrange a valid plan PIN through the current Ford process. Confirm which participant information and documents are needed before visiting.
Choose a specific new Ford
Browse Atchinson inventory and give Sales the vehicle or stock number that interests you. Ask us to confirm plan eligibility for that vehicle and the applicable purchase or lease.
Review the complete pricing
Discuss the plan price, any applicable compatible incentives, optional products, taxes and fees. Confirm the final terms for your transaction before making a decision.
Bring the right questions
Start with your plan status, any PIN confirmation and the new Ford you want to consider. Detailed family, PIN and product rules should be checked against Ford’s current requirements.

Questions before you shop
Are A-Plan and Z-Plan the same eligibility category?
No. A-Plan is associated with eligible employees and Z-Plan with eligible retirees. Ford’s rules also define qualifying family participation.
Does being related to a Ford employee automatically qualify me?
Do not assume every relationship is covered. Confirm the specific relationship and sponsor requirements through Ford’s current plan resources.
How do I get a PIN?
Use Ford’s current plan portal and follow its instructions for your participant or sponsor status. Ask Atchinson Ford about the next shopping steps once your plan status is confirmed.
Does every new Ford qualify?
No. Ford states that some vehicles, trims and options may not qualify. Check the specific vehicle and current program terms with the dealer.
Can I combine plan pricing with current specials?
Some offers may be compatible and others may not. Ask us to review the chosen vehicle, plan and complete offer together.
Should I use X-Plan if I am an eligible supplier or partner?
Check Ford’s resources for the program that fits your situation. X-Plan is separate from A/Z Plan and follows its own eligibility and pricing rules.
