A nonoperational vehicle, flat tire or roadside collision requires a different arrangement.

Is the repair free with Pickup & Delivery?

No. Eligible vehicle transport is the program benefit; parts and repair charges remain separate. Review the estimate and terms for your visit.

Can you pick up a vehicle that will not drive?

A nonoperational vehicle is not eligible for this program. Tell the team about the condition and arrange the appropriate assistance.

Does a service appointment reserve a pickup automatically?

Confirm the pickup and return details directly with Main Service. Do not assume an appointment time includes transport.

Will I receive a loaner vehicle?

Atchinson offers loaners, but availability, eligibility and terms must be confirmed for the actual appointment. A pickup arrangement does not automatically reserve one.

Can I change the address or appointment?
